Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

• Send your return to the same address listed above.

• If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.

• Once we receive your return, a digital gift voucher code will be emailed to you to spend online.
